In order to educate & train your people we use GoToWebinar from Citrix Online.
We will learn you in less than 3 hours (three GoToWebinar sessions) how easy it is to use all menu options in the system.
♦ During our 1st Webinar (60 minutes) we give all our user a quick overview of all options.
♦ During the 2nd Webinar (45-60 minutes) we go in details after the first setup and check your system
(including change presenter and screen).
♦ During the 3rd Webinar (45-60 minutes) we go over all features and answer all your questions.
During those three Webinar sessions > 95% of all our users feel more than comfortable to work with Flowersonline software.
