Yes, you can trade 24 hours a day on your Private Market Place. The Leaving Farm Dates (LFD) sales are stopped at a time chosen by your supplier(s). After this time, only inventory for the next shipping days and futures of this supplier(s) will be displayed. |

What are Favourite Products? (FP) |

Favourite Products are products that the buyer lists in a small database. Once an FP is offered by a supplier you will receive an alert via the system. If you put an Autobuy you can even order the system to automatically buy this FP once it is offered. With the Autobuy you will not miss products that you really want or need or you can use it if you go out for a short weekend. With the Autobuy you can add a maximum of boxes with a maximum price. |

If the grower offers less boxes then I want or a too high price, then how flexible is the system? |

If you want more boxes you just request more boxes then his offer. The system makes automatically a Request for More (RfM). The same is valid for the price: you just offer a lower Counter bid (Cb) and the supplier can react on it or not. You can even combine a purchase, an RfM and a Cb all in one action. |

You can use the button 'Order Requests' and fill in you request. The OR will be send to all suppliers or only your favourite suppliers who grow this product. If they have sufficient offer and if they like your price, they can confirm your request. The system will then send a confirmation to both parties. |
